There are so many things to list from a company name change confusion to outright misleading the consumer. Having to interface with very old technology that often failed to outright blaming the consumer for the technology issues; continually sending and resending forms and reports - often 3 times - to lack of clear guidance on what they were wanting.

It reminded my of what we would call a cluster *** - agents not talking together and last minute e-mail request some after hours (8-9PM). The final couple of straws that broke my faith in this group was the confrontational behaviour of one agent AND the fact that they did NOT pay my deposit back AT closing - a fact that they boasted many time. We'll have to send you the check in the mail. Keep in mind that they demanded a deposit weeks ahead on earnest money for the house then on TWO occassions requiring me to go to the bank to PROVE the check had be paid out ...

3 weeks later. Now this report does NOT cover the house we bought and the sloppy workmanship we discovered.

If this is the darling developer for north Texas - then I pray for Texas. Why does the better business bureau give them an F rating?
